The calling

Real talk: In my younger years, I was the kind of gal with lots of male friends, deep sisterhood wounds, and a complicated relationship with my sexuality. I walked through life heavy in my masculine, disconnected from my emotions. I felt lost and alone.Entering my 30s, everything began to shift. I became aware of my predicament and knew things had to change, so I stepped into a huge season of transformation.And do you know what my saving grace was? The incredible women in my life.Through deep inner work and shadow exploration, I found my way to a place where my heart could finally open to other women, and I discovered some of the most intimate, profound connections I hold dear today.Then, one cold day in Colorado, during a quiet cacao meditation, I was cracked wide open, giving gratitude for those women, when a voice within spoke:“If you care this deeply, what are you going to do about it?”And just like that, Spirit Sisters was born.

How it works

Our circle meets monthly from all corners of the world in Zoom, where we create a sacred space for you to show up just as you are.Each session may include:꩜ Opening invocation, meditations, or grounding practices
꩜ Authentic relating through the practice of circling
꩜ Sharing and reflection on a chosen theme or topic
꩜ Group exercises or ritualsWe observes the power of flow in community, where individuals are encouraged to ask for support when they need it, and give support when they feel like they can offer it.Our community agreements honor confidentiality, sovereignty, and boundaries. All members are encouraged to practice respect, active listening, non-judgement, and self-care.

11am PT / 12pm MT / 2pm ET / 7pm BST.Pop-up events and ceremonies always aim to accomodate most timezones.
